Heh. Well, you've put me to shame in that last panel. XD I can see a few problem spots here and there (like how the cone with the satellite dish seems to be touching the glass building with the turret), but the good parts just overwhelm it, hands down. I like how, despite all the wonky buildings and guns and stuff, you seem to put in an even distrubution of weight, which just makes this flying fortress that much more believeable.
After all, what's the use of a flying base that lists to one side? :B
Anyways, just a spectacular job here. Can't wait to see Sonic zooming between those buildings, avoiding the shots from the cannons and turrets and what-have-you.

...I don't see a logical contradiction, how about you?
Oooh, you're quite good at comic pages! The layout of it is quite appropriate and much more interesting than just plain squares. Lots of awesome action shots! And the background in the last panel is epic! Nicely done! Can't wait to see more!
Oh my! When I said 'Beware of easy perspective', you sure took that in stride! Everyone else has already reiterated this point, but I could care less. Nice job with the city. I can see you really took the time to flesh out the buildings and little details such as the rivers fading into the backdrop.
Let me say this, though. Straight lines are your friend. The tops of the buildings, especially the ones on the left, get skewed somewhat due to squiggly lines. When perspective gets screwy, it's very easy to spot. Next time, try and make your lines straighter and more careful. Even if the side of the building is slightly to the right, it'll look funny.
This could be biased, but I really hope you'll get into shading! Line art is great and all (not to mention yours is a little cleaner this time around ) but you could really flesh your characters and settings out with hard shadows and prominent textures.
Keep up the good work; I'm surprised by the noticeable jump in quality here!
